First World Warrior

'First World Warrior' is a euphemism for the entitled qualities that are characteristic of youth culture in first world nations. Derived in part from the notion of “first world problems”, the term first world warrior speaks to the persons who suffer them. Those born into a mercilessly commercialised world whilst also being terribly afflicted by previous generations; who have seemingly destroyed the planet and placed them under tremendous financial pressure and strain. Hence the warrior - an individual whom embodies the struggles imposed upon them by compounding commercialism. The warrior connotation is twofold, however. Encompassing children of the 90’s and 21st century, who collectively share the desire to help create a better world and fight for positive change, but are directionless in enacting their potential.

Accordingly, the first world warrior is blind to the reality of this potential. First world warriors spend most of their time on superficial things to obtain cheap social credit, resultantly wasting their life and ability. For being addicted to superficiality is as natural to them as the air they breathe.

The beginning of an awakening from being a first world warrior is when the individual starts to understand that if they stopped wasting them selves on trivialities then they may change the world in a way that someone of their opportunities realistically could. Being of the first world gives one the means to revolutionise. Not only for themselves but for society.

From this epiphany the warrior throws off the shackles of their shallow/ narrow existence and declares war on those set out to steal their future. Those that would keep them distracted - the true profiteers of commercialism.

To wake the first world warrior, that is the first mission of mr?e. To unlock their power to save the world from its likely self destruction. For it is these warriors and their descendants who will inherit the world and will (re)shape it.
